Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items include personalized items and clearance products, except if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or missing parts may not qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  • Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service via [email/contact form] to initiate your return or exchange request.
  • Instructions for Return: Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions for returning the product.
  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Exchange Processing: Exchanges will be shipped once we have received and inspected the returned item.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting Issues: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and a brief description of the issue.
  • Resolution Options: Based on availability and item condition, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Exceptions to Returns

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  • Health & Safety Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., pet grooming tools, beds) are non-returnable if used.
  • Custom Orders: Customized items are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
