Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days. Shipping times vary by product and location. Shipping times stated on our website and at checkout are estimates only and differ by location. Shipping times do not take into account any carrier delays, border delays or delays caused by COVID-19 and wwill not be responsible or liable for these delays. Therefore on the rare occasion of these events please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. If orders are not delivered after 20 business days have passed from the date of order, we will begin a process for either a refund or a re-send of the same order, as decided by the customer. 
  • Order Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that delays can occur due to carrier issues or events beyond our control.

2. Order Tracking

  • If available, once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to check your order’s status online.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship to locations in the U.S. 

4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped, and standard return procedures will apply.
